Poesy

Terms of use

Last updated October 1, 2026

These terms apply when you use Poesy (poesyapp.com), which is run by Nimrod Konforty (“we”). By using Poesy you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

The poems

The poems on Poesy are in the public domain in the United States, the European Union and Israel, as far as we have been able to establish. You’re free to read, copy and share them. Where a source asks to be credited, we say so on the poem and on our credits page. If you believe a poem is still protected by copyright, write to contact@poesyapp.com and we’ll look into it and take it down while we do.

Your account

Fair use of the service

Please don’t:

We may suspend or close accounts that do, and will tell you why where we can.

The service

Poesy is free, and provided as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we can’t promise it will always be either, and we may change or stop features. If we ever close Poesy, we’ll give you notice by email and a way to get a copy of your lists.

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Israel. If you live in the EU, you also keep the protection of the consumer law of your country, and can bring a claim there.

Changes

If we change these terms, we’ll update the date above and tell you by email before significant changes take effect. Questions are welcome at contact@poesyapp.com.
